1. We provide hassle-free returns and exchanges for seven days following the date of delivery, plus an additional five to seven days for the returned item(s) to reach us. In addition, we provide reverse pickup services. No matter how many items are in an order, a reverse shipment cost of Rs.100 will be deducted at the time of a refund. As a result, if an order includes numerous items, only one deduction of Rs.100 will be applied to the entire order rather than to each piece of apparel separately.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  3. For COD items, a store credit will be sent to your registered email address or contact number within 1-2 working days following the day of return collection.
  4. Please send back your item(s) in the same condition as they were shipped in. A refund won't be given if the products are returned in bad shape or are obviously used.
  5. Please give the refund processing and the time it takes for the money to appear in your bank account a total of seven days. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY PREPAID ORDERS AND ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR BANK TRANSFER.
  6. For payments made using the COD option, you will receive store credit that is equal to the amount you paid and can be applied whenever you like.
  7. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

      Please make sure the things are packaged safely to prevent loss or damage during transportation, and that the packing includes the ORDER ID and registered cellphone number. All products must be brand-new, unopened, and complete with all of their original tags and packing. Please make sure that your courier fees do not go beyond the specified limit. 'Speed Post' is a courier service that we advise using.       1. While the product(s) are in the customer's possession, they must be handled with the greatest care. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered, including all packaging, documentation, and instructions.
      2. If the customer believes that the product does not meet the standards at the time of delivery, they must contact us as soon as possible via our email with information about the product and any damage it may have within 1 day of receiving the products. We will then provide the customer with instructions.
